Having successfully implemented remote work during the pandemic—and in response to today’s evolving professional and social realities—the agency is moving forward with this model to strengthen its team’s work-life balance while boosting productivity. The new approach is designed to spark fresh ideas, modern proposals, and strategic plans that will fuel the growth of both existing and future projects.

Starting July 11, 2022, the new model introduces flexible benefits such as the option to work from home for a number of days each month, following a rotating schedule for those who choose it.
