Project Manager

Do you have a passion for leading digital marketing initiatives? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager, overseeing our social media marketing endeavors and driving impactful strategies to success!

Responsibilities:
  • Creating Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and audience insights. Ensure alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of social media marketing projects from conception to completion, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and establish timelines to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle. Gather client feedback, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress and performance.
  • Supervision of Social Media Manager: Lead and mentor the Social Media Manager & Content Creator, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on social media content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. Implement revisions or adjustments as necessary to optimize campaign performance.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize overall campaign performance across different marketing channels. Present comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising or managing social media marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Certifications in project management or digital marketing are a plus.

Performance Marketing Executive

Are  you passionate about driving results and optimizing campaigns across digital platforms? We’re seeking a  Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and take the lead in creating impactful digital strategies!

Responsibilities:
  • Set up & Optimize paid performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, META, Tik Tok etc.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet objectives, adjusting tactics as needed to maximize results.
  • Propose experiments and features to enhance campaign performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Management Team to manage client relationships.
  • Ensure the application of best practices and drive innovation in all digital marketing activities.
  • Create performance reports in automated dashboards (i.e. Looker Studio)
  • Research and identify new performance trends and techniques that could elevate campaign effectiveness.
Job Position Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven marketing.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing tools like Looker Studio and platforms like Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
  • Hands on Experience with Google Analytics Platform will be considered a plus.
  • Platform Certifications (META Buying & Google Ads via Skillshop) will be considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing KPIs, such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and CPC.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement new strategies to drive performance.
  • A positive proactive can-do attitude, initiative way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
